Internal Robotic Inspection System

  • CVS Energy are about to unveil their latest innovation to the renewables industry.

A tracked remote inspection vehicle capable of inspecting the internal surfaces of a wind turbine rotor blade. IRIS will negate the need for technicians to climb inside the blade during inspections.

  • The company has many orders in place for thorough inspections on sites in the UK.

The vehicle is undergoing final testing and will be ready for service late February. This will be a strong addition to our inspection services, alongside UAV inspections.
